1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Gonogo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Gonogo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of service
Gonogo is an AI-powered sales CRM platform. We provide tools for pipeline management, meeting intelligence, team collaboration, and deal analytics. The service is provided “as is” and we continuously improve and update features.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Billing & payments
Gonogo is billed at a flat rate per user per month. Your subscription begins after the 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Gonogo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Gonogo for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gonogo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
